TIFFIN, Ohio — Sheetz has announced plans to open a new location in Tiffin at the site of the former Rite Aid on West Market Street, along with two adjacent lots.

Demolition of the existing structures is expected to coincide with the start of construction, which is planned for this fall. Additional details on construction progress and an opening timeline will be shared as the project advances, according to a press release from Develop Seneca County.

Mayor Lee Wilkinson welcomed the announcement. “We are thrilled to welcome Sheetz to Tiffin,” Wilkinson said. “They are a well-respected, family-owned company known for quality service and strong community involvement. This is a wonderful addition to our city and another example of the positive growth we continue to see across Tiffin.”
